Curtis Cook

Curtis Cook is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vesta Energy Corp, the first commercial source shale oil company in Canada.  He has 25 years of industry experience working throughout the Western Canadian basins.  Mr. Cook started his career with Renaissance Energy Ltd, working as a production and reservoir engineer.  He successfully founded, grew and monetized two other private companies; a heavy oil business and a shallow gas business, both in Western Canada.  Mr. Cook earned a BSC in Mechanical Engineering and a BA in French Literature from the University of Calgary in 1993.

Ryan Crawford

Ryan joined JOG Capital Corp. in 2004, prior to the fundraising of JOG LP II, and is primarily involved in investment analysis. He sits on several boards of directors of JOG’s portfolio companies and is a member of JOG’s executive committee.

Prior to JOG Ryan was Relationship Manager for the Senior Energy Desk at ATB Financial from 2002 to 2004. Prior to ATB Financial, Ryan was an Associate in the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Division at Bank of America’s Calgary office. From 1997 to 1999, Ryan was an Analyst with Credit Lyonnais, focusing on structured energy lending in their Calgary office.

As of August 1st, 2012, Ryan is registered with the Alberta Securities Commission as an advising representative and dealing representative on behalf of the Advisor.

Ryan received his CFA charter in 2001 and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a finance specialization from the University of Saskatchewan.

Craig Golinowski

Craig joined JOG Capital Corp. in 2007 and is primarily involved in deal sourcing, investment analysis and sits on boards of directors of JOG’s portfolio companies and is a member of JOG’s executive committee. Craig also acts as JOG Capital’s Chief Compliance Officer.

Prior to JOG, Craig worked as an investment banker with RBC Capital Markets focusing on equity finance and mergers and acquisitions for domestic and international oil and gas, oil sands, and energy service companies.

As of August 1st, 2012, Craig is registered with the Alberta Securities Commission as an advising representative and dealing representative on behalf of the Advisor.

Craig received his CFA charter in 2005 and holds an MBA from the University of Western Ontario and a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a specialization in Finance and Economics, from the University of Alberta.

Olivia Wassenaar

Director

Olivia C. Wassenaar joined Riverstone Holdings LLC in 2008, where she is currently a Managing Director and based in the New York office. Prior to joining Riverstone, Ms. Wassenaar was with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the Global Natural Resources investment banking group. In this capacity, she focused on merger & acquisitions, initial public offerings, and leveraged buyouts for energy, power, and renewable energy companies. Previously, Ms. Wassenaar was a Junior Professional Associate at The World Bank Group in Washington, D.C.

Ms. Wassenaar serves on the Boards of Directors of Admiral Permian Resources LLC, Canadian Non-Operated Resources, L.P., Eagle Energy Exploration LLC, Talos Energy LLC, and USA Compression Partners L.P. (NYSE: USAC). She received her A.B., magna cum laude, from Harvard College and received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Wassenaar lives in New York with her husband and three children.

Denzil West

Denzil West serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Admiral Permian Resources and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. He has over 35 years of oil and gas industry experience, most of which has been in the Permian Basin. His focus has been on upstream activities, however, Mr. West also has extensive midstream experience. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for Reliance Energy in Midland, Texas where he was instrumental in the strategy, leadership, development and successful monetization of the Reliance group of companies. Mr. West joined Reliance in 2006 and was responsible for all operational and engineering activities of the company’s upstream, midstream and service entities. Mr. West started his career at ARCO Oil and Gas, where he worked as a reservoir and production engineer for several years. He was also instrumental and led the effort to grow and successfully monetize four other private companies, two of which were in the oil and gas business. Mr. West earned a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1981.
