Vesta is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Osecki to the Vesta Board of Directors, effective August 22, 2023.
Ms. Osecki brings 23 years of experience in technical, engineering, operational, and commercial roles spanning multiple geographical regions. Ms. Osecki is currently President, US Gulf of Mexico at CNOOC International (“CNOOC”) and serves as Chair for the CNOOC Holdings USA board, as well as five subsidiary boards.
Concurrently, Vesta announces that John Schissel has retired from the Board of Directors, effective August 21, 2023. Mr. Schissel has been a director of the Company since it was founded in 2011 and the Board of Directors and management team would like to thank him for his invaluable contributions and guidance through the Company’s development.
