The Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act (the “Act”) requires companies in the business of commercial development of crude oil, natural gas and minerals, to publicly disclose, on an annual basis, specific payments made to all governments in Canada and abroad. Vesta is required to report annually under the Act beginning with the year ended December 31, 2017. Vesta’s annual ESTMA reports are posted below.
